Remember, support is always available.

If you’re in need of family violence or other support, freecall Djirra on 1800DJIRRA (1800 354 772), 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Djirra has offices in several locations in Victoria. Find your nearest Djirra office here.

Djirra provides practical support to Aboriginal people experiencing family violence, or who have experienced it in the past. We also provide cultural programs and workshops.

We provide these services to Aboriginal women and their children, sistergirls, brotherboys, trans and gender diverse people, non-binary, intersex and queer folk who identify as women, or who feel comfortable accessing a women’s service.

While Djirra does not provide services to Aboriginal men, we will always provide warm referrals to culturally safe services.

Djirra is not an emergency crisis service.
